Electro Static Powder Coating
PTC uses electrostatic powder coating system for it final coating of the metal products manufactured. It is one of the biggest facilities in Cebu. It has 250m length, 7 tons load capacity and can accommodate up to 2m product length. This electrostatic powder coating system provides a long lasting appearance of the product of approximately 25 years or more and it is applicable both indoor and outdoor. Powder coating is a technique of applying dry paint to a part. The powder paint is electro-statically charged and sprayed. A part or assemblies are then placed in an oven which normally operates a running temperature of 180 degrees Celsius and the powder particles melt and coalesce to form a continuous film. PTC uses thermosetting powders that will not melt upon reheating. Powder coating produces a high specification coating which is relatively hard, abrasion resistant and tough. Our coating thickness ranges from 50 microns and above. Although not metallurgic ally bonded to the metal, this powder coating will not crack, chip or peel as with conventional paint films taking into considerations its metal surface preparation before the main process occur.

Electro Polishing
Our company use Electro Polishing for our stainless industrial products that requires smooth and brilliant finish. Electro Polishing is an electrochemical process that removes material from a metallic work piece. It is use to polish, passivate and deburr metal parts or assemblies. The metal work piece is immersed in a temperature controlled of approximately 60 degrees Celsius to an electrolytic bath and connected to the positive terminal of a DC power supply; the negative terminal being attached to an auxiliary electrode. Electrolytes us in Electro Polishing are most often concentrated acid solutions having viscosity such as mixtures of sulfuric and phosphoric acid. The surface of the product being immersed is clean and may require little or no preparation for subsequent use. It also minimizes loss of high-temp creep-rupture strength. Our tank dimension is 2.5mLx0.478mWx0.71mH.

Assembly
After all the process being discussed especially in the metal parts manufacturing, welding and powder coating, the product now will pass through the assembly process wherein all parts will be installed from the smallest to the biggest. In this line, manual roller conveyor is introduced. This will happen in the making of our dehumidifying boxes, kitchen dish dyers, control boxes, office furniture and the like. Along with the assembly is of course the final 100 percent quality inspection. After which it will go to packing operation for the final process and safety of our product.
